Oh now, the teeming millions are growing restless. Hang in there, their in the works, but race season started this morning and I've had to concentrate on a little thing called training. Never fear, the images have been prepared for the next 3 or 4 posts.. just need to find some time to think of something interesting to say about them!

Ah, nice catch, I'll fix that immediately!

Ummm, hmmmm, did I mention it was a RARE sighting of a Snowy Owl? I would think that would keep anyone warm enough to dash from the full heat blasting car, snap an award winning gallery shot and dash right back into the warm car - of course immediately locking the doors to prevent thugs from stealing said pictures) and be back home before the anyone knows he was gone.

The odd thing about that shot is it was really sitting about 1/2 mile up the road on an HUGE bus sign. Speaking Huge, you should see the pictures I got of that recent moon (hehehe)

You meant to say "The vertical lines of the metal shed".

Interestingly, I have no idea who you are talking about in the first sentence. Sounds like he's a lazy, inconsiderate bump on a log. It would be altogether different if it were the freezing dead of winter, with a two-hour drive into a crime-infested concrete jungle like Chicago, such as the situation I had. That would make total sense. This guy's just a bum.

A whole other blog on how this other person accepts untruths from Linda? Sounds to me like that would be an empty post, which would be pretty weird. I wouldn't recommend that. Also, you never know, that person might be relishing the thought of a free guest post on your blog.

I do like your owl shots very much, though! The fourth picture is awesome and could be in a competition. I thought the owl was a lot bigger until I saw the picture of it on the sign. That's why I like a size reference of some kind somewhere in a picture if there is any doubt at all.

Thanks for the photos. I guess you've had your fill of snowy owls at this point.

Once again I see where my brother's loyalties are - I take hours and hours to accurately depict an experience we had with an inferior product and my wife jumps in, tosses some salt (read untruths) and scadaddles. For the record, I know for a fact that you know about the magic flowers because your daughter told me about them which means you must have told her about them so there (brother 0 me 1). Next up I never touched your touchpad and that thing is cracked to pieces so obviously you do not have the magical touch (brother 0 me 2). Lastly there is no such thing as a Brian Error so both of you are already in dreamworld (brother 0 me 3).

Thanks, Linda, for the inside story of Brian and his incredibly time-consuming efforts to catch up to my scores. Sort of what I figured, but I'm too diplomatic to just come out and say it. About Brian and his incredibly time-consuming efforts to catch up to my scores, I mean. Actually, last week Brian told me a secret fact about the game and its allocation of special flowers that I was not aware of, a slip on his part that reveals much about his shady, backdoor methods.

I have never had Brian mess with my iPad, and I have never had wi-fi problems with it. That's two data points for "Brian error", none against. As a working hypothesis, I've seen ones with less data in articles in respected journals. We'll go with it. It's nice to have closure.

Whoa, whoa whoa! As far as flowers goes, it just seems like it is a long time because one game tends to cross multiple days (...'cause I'm so good hehehe). Now the wireless fairy has apparently sprinkled its magic dust but that does not take away from the fact a) it didn't work and b) no one in the IT biz is comfortable with a problem just solving itself. There is a possible answer, Linda turned up the brightness on the iPad! Lastly, what is this mystical concept of "Brian error" ... that idea is just one French vote short of crazy!

Don't let Brian kid you. He is constantly on my ipad playing that flowers game. So I figure he is a ipad fan just because of that. And the wireless problem he says it has is no more. After a week, I tried to connect to it and it worked just fine. Not sure what happened. Maybe it was just Brian error????

So here is the thing... I tried putting them on my infamous LIST, when they screwed me over with Windows XP issues many many year ago. Against my best wishes they had me - Circuit City was ridden out of town leaving myself captive to their electronics department. Eventually my ban caved and I had to start frequenting them again - for the record this is the ONLY LIST item that I've ever lifted (well, not entirely correct, the Park District sent me an apology which got a local golf range off the list but I considered that a victory). But I agree, their quality department needs a lot of work!!
